About Krista MacVicar

Krista MacVicar, a graduate of Toronto’s Sutherland-Chan, is a dedicated and compassionate massage therapist with a deep commitment to holistic care. She is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Krista was drawn to massage therapy through her experiences in palliative care, where she witnessed the profound effects of therapeutic touch on the nervous system and the healing it brings to the body.

Krista’s approach is thoughtful and intentional, blending slow Swedish techniques with myofascial release and grounding breathwork. Her skill set also includes cupping, trigger point therapy, scar tissue release, post operative lymphatic massage and aromatherapy. She’s constantly expanding her knowledge and is working towards becoming a master-level Reiki practitioner.

Krista is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and safe space where all clients feel welcome, seen, and supported in their healing. She believes in making massage therapy accessible to everyone, regardless of background or identity, and fosters a trauma-informed environment that prioritizes client comfort and wellbeing. Whether it’s helping clients manage chronic pain, anxiety, or other conditions like fibromyalgia or perimenopause, Krista’s goal is always to ensure her clients feel safe, cared for, and empowered in their healing journey.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Krista by the water—walking, cycling, kayaking, birding, or savoring the sunrise with a cup of tea.
